Content Integrity
The content of the play must be maintained in order to respect the life of the young person involved and to ensure that the underlying messaging is not distorted or diluted.
However, there is huge scope for discussion and improvisation on the following subjects :
Domestic violence
Alcoholism
Emotional abuse
Self harm
Bullying in school
Performers can explore and improvise as fully as is appropriate.
A great deal of research has gone into this play and all the statistics included at the end of the play are correct at the time of writing in 2019.
